(Toledo, Ohio) — With hundreds if not thousands of different events and activities that occur throughout the year in any given market, it is easy to understand how communication becomes more difficult as the volume of activities in the market increase. Valuable events, meetings, and communications are simply missed due to the lack of standardization and centralization of information. Increasingly, confusion becomes the norm and Customers are not able to take full advantage of what is available to them. Introducing: DigitalConcourse.com Community Calendar™ The DigitalConcourse.com Community Calendar is the first market wide calendar that consolidates all the activities of your market into one simple to understand calendar view. Integrated with DigitalConcourse.com events and activities, end-users can now see what is happening or has happened simply by reviewing the Community Calendar. The Community Calendar can support both DigitalConcourse.com and non-DigitalConcourse.com events and activities. Anyone who is a member of the DigitalConcourse.com can add an item to the master schedule and based on their security level can publish it for themselves, their company, their group, or even the entire community. Self-serve maintenance is the key to managing the Community Calendar. Any administrator with the proper security level can add additional, custom activities that may be personal or shared. Shared activities can be shared for just their group or for the entire market. A custom activity may be a separate meeting (not necessarily built with DigitalConcourse.com) or communication and link. The Community Calendar will render according to the activity’s schedule that you enter. End-users can also add to the Community Calendar. Though an end-user may not share their activities with the entire market (limited based on security level), they can share with others in their company based on their company id.
